Terms governing access to and use of the Social Auto Poster services.

Terms of Service for Social Auto Poster

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the Social Auto Poster website, platform, software, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the Services) provided by Social Auto Poster (we, us, or our).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Services

Social Auto Poster provides tools for preparing social media content, generating platform-specific metadata, connecting authorized social accounts, reviewing drafts, scheduling posts, and publishing content at a user's direction.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • keep your login credentials confidential
  • promptly update your information if it changes
  • accept responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • notify us immediately at mzhardy@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • bypass security or access controls
  • scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the Services except as expressly permitted
  • use the Services to infringe the rights of others
  • upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • use automated systems to access the Services in a way that imposes unreasonable load
  • use outputs in violation of applicable law or regulation

5. User Content

You may submit prompts, captions, images, videos, files, comments, feedback, and other content (User Content) through the Services.

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Social Auto Poster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify your User Content as necessary to:

  • provide and maintain the Services
  • generate outputs
  • troubleshoot issues
  • improve performance and functionality
  • protect the security and integrity of the Services
  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Outputs and No Professional Advice

The Services may generate captions, hashtags, calls to action, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs using automated or AI-assisted systems.

You understand and agree that:

  • outputs are provided for informational purposes only
  • outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific circumstances
  • Social Auto Poster does not guarantee that any caption, campaign, post, or other content will achieve a particular result
  • the Services do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical, or other professional advice
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any output.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • you agree to pay all fees shown at the time of purchase
  • subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
  • you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for recurring fees, if applicable
  • fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in a separate refund policy
  • You may cancel at any time, but cancellation will typically take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including our software, branding, design, text, graphics, reports, templates, compilation of data, and other content excluding User Content, are owned by Social Auto Poster or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business or personal use.

You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party services, such as payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or AI model providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE.

TRENDLEAP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OUTPUT, INSIGHT, OR RECOMMENDATION WILL PRODUCE BUSINESS RESULTS, REVENUE, TRAFFIC, SALES, OR PROFIT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENDLEAP AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TRENDLEAP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Social Auto Poster and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your use of the Services
  • your User Content
  • your violation of these Terms
  • your violation of any law or third-party right

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe:

  • you violated these Terms
  • your use creates legal or security risk
  • required by law
  • continuing to provide access is no longer commercially feasible
  • You may stop using the Services at any time.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws applicable where Social Auto Poster operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the Last Updated date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. The FTC has cautioned businesses against making deceptive or unfair undisclosed changes to terms.
